Adam is a Business Development Manager at the Global Consortium of Political Analysts (GCPA), where he supports the Founder and CEO with business development, client relations, and cross-functional coordination, leading the operational buildout of the policy and research organization. His work includes researching federal funding opportunities and agency priorities, developing grant and contract proposals, and building out internal workflows and systems that support GCPA's scaling growth.

Adam holds an MBA from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business, with a background in project management, client relations, and operational planning. He previously served as a Project Manager Consultant, managing engagements that delivered pricing strategy, governance design, and market research for outside clients, and brings prior leadership experience managing teams, vendor relationships, and performance in high-volume, fast-paced environments.

Adam combines strong client-facing coordination with an execution-focused approach to organizational growth, supporting GCPA's mission through practical, relationship-driven operational leadership.
