Jesper brings more than 20 years of experience in data science and analytics to GCPA, where he serves as Head of Data Science. He began his career in the high-tech sector, holding roles as a Data Analysis Product Engineer and Process Engineer at Intel Corporation, where he developed his talent for translating complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.

After leaving Intel in 2025, Jesper made a deliberate choice to redirect his analytical expertise toward mission-driven work. A self-described global citizen, he cares deeply about the world's most pressing challenges – from democracy and conflict to public health and poverty – and is committed to advancing solutions through data.

At GCPA, Jesper leads statistical modeling and analysis, dashboard development, and research collaboration, integrating quantitative and qualitative approaches to deliver rigorous mixed-method analysis. His work equips the organization and its partners with the evidence they need to drive meaningful, measurable impact.
