Robert brings more than 25 years of experience in defense, intelligence, and international affairs. As Founder and CEO of the Global Consortium of Political Analysts (GCPA), he leads an international network of policy experts, researchers, and data-science professionals. Together, they provide rigorous, actionable analysis to inform decisions at the intersection of geopolitics, security, and public policy.

Before founding GCPA, Robert held several senior advisory positions, including service as a NATO Senior Advisor to Special Operations Forces. He has also worked as a consultant supporting the design, development, and expansion of innovative defense and intelligence programs.

His expertise includes organizational leadership, defense policy, intelligence analysis, and program management. Robert has advised senior policymakers, built and led high-performing teams, and delivered results in complex, high-stakes environments. His work translates complex geopolitical developments into clear, decision-ready policy insights.

Robert holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a PhD from the University of Kent.
