Vicente holds a Bachelor´s Degree in International Relations from the University of Salvador, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His academic interests are broad and multidisciplinary, combining different areas within international affairs. He is particularly interested in the rise of China as a technological and economic power and its impact in the global order, as well as the political and economic challenges shaping Latin America. His interests also extend to energy security and the transition towards clean energy sources in the context of climate change. In addition, he focuses on the role of the United Nations in responding to refugee crises and promoting the international protection of persecuted minorities.

Throughout his studies, Vicente has engaged in academic research projects focused on contemporary international challenges, developing experience in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, data collection, and analysis. As a part of his academic work in International Relations, he developed a research project focused on the response of the United Nations to the Rohingya crisis in Myanmar, analyzing the role of multilateral institutions, humanitarian action, and the challenges surrounding the protection of persecuted minorities.

Motivated by his interest in understanding global challenges, Vicente is committed to continuously learning, expanding his knowledge, and contributing to research that promotes a deeper understanding of international affairs.
