Wayne brings more than three decades of technology and operations experience to GCPA. He began his career at W.W. Grainger, where he spent over twenty years as a Computer Systems Project Manager, leading teams that designed, developed, and maintained the systems and reporting mechanisms behind the company's cost accounting operations.

Wayne has since devoted his skills to the nonprofit world, energized by the work of helping people improve themselves, their communities, and the world. As Operations Manager for Hands of Peace and a technical consultant to a range of mission driven organizations, he has built and managed their systems, including databases and the financial and reporting systems that keep these organizations running.
