KENNETH CARREON

Kenneth is a Master’s candidate in International Politics at the Catholic University of Leuven, where he specializes in political economy. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Carlos III University of Madrid, grounding his academic work in both comparative politics and international governance.

Kenneth has gained professional experience at the World Health Organization in Washington, DC, where he supported senior leadership on issues of risk mitigation, institutional accountability, and organizational governance. He has also worked with the Engagement team at the World Justice Project, contributing to the planning and delivery of major global rule-of-law initiatives, including the World Justice Challenge, EUROVOICES, and the World Justice Forum.

His broader background spans roles at the Embassy of Spain in Mexico City, a U.S. immigration law firm, and the Georgia State House of Representatives, providing him with hands-on exposure to the practical intersection of policy, law, and diplomacy across multiple institutional settings. Through these experiences, Kenneth has developed a strong interest in how political and legal systems shape governance outcomes at both national and international levels.
