Owen is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science at the University of California, San Diego. His academic and professional interests focus on corporate law, legislative research, and the analysis of legal and regulatory frameworks shaping public policy.

He has completed multiple internships in public office, where he supported legislative analysis and constituent engagement efforts. Owen approaches his work with a strong commitment to legal advocacy, combining rigorous research with clear and effective communication. His excellence in advocacy and analytical writing has been recognized through his selection as a statewide Legal Advocacy finalist and as the winner of the 2024 Congressional Seminar Essay Contest.

Outside of his academic and professional work, Owen practices cardistry and competes in pickleball.
